Returning to Gill Opticians Ltd could not be easier. Please follow the below instructions.

• Repackage the unwanted pair of glasses into a secure box remembering to insert the glasses case and cloth.
• Post or courier the package to the address listed below and remember to register the package so that you can track and trace the package.
• Write your name, address and a phone number on a price of paper and place it inside the box. 

Terms and conditions:

• The goods must be returned in the condition which they were sent.
• All packaging glasses cases, cleaning cloths must be included in the returns box.
• The return must be made within 7 days of the arrival of the package to the customer.
• All returns must be made by registered post to ensure the product can be tracked and traced.
